The SAMSUNG Air Solution Application has been introduced to provide support to Dealers, Contractors, and installers in the air conditioning industry during their field work. This application represents an enhanced version of the DVM Mobile Application for SAMSUNG air conditioners.

Accessing this app requires a login. Existing members who have access to DVM Pro can utilize the same account, while new members can register via the DVM PRO website.

Feedback received from users has driven improvements to the application. Key updated features of this application encompass:

• Marketing Information: Access to Catalogs, Proposals, Case studies, and Video clips.
• Technical Information: Technical Database (TDB), drawing data, and manual resources (to be updated).
• News & Notice: Notifications, Newsletters, Marketing news, Product news, Local news, and Engineering news.
• Video Clips: Reference films, technical explanations with motion graphics, and more.
• Specifications: Ability to browse product specifications in detail and compare them.
• Unit Conversion: Option to convert units.

The application includes various new features and information that facilitate the sharing and dissemination of relevant information. Certain features and modules may be restricted or available only in specific countries. Future updates will gradually introduce additional information and functionalities that are essential for supporting Dealers and Contractors.
